Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy describes the conditions under which you may cancel a service or request a refund for a purchase made from Berget.dev.

1. Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you have 14 calendar days from the confirmation of your order to withdraw without giving any reason, in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU and the Spanish TRLGDCU.

The right of withdrawal does not apply once the service has been fully performed with your prior express consent and acknowledgement that you lose this right upon full performance, nor to digital content whose execution has begun with your prior express consent (Art. 103 TRLGDCU).

2. Refunds on subscriptions

• Monthly plans may be cancelled at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Yearly plans may be cancelled at any time and will not renew, but paid periods are non-refundable except where required by law.

3. Custom work and deposits

Deposits paid for custom design or development work cover initial planning, discovery and design time and are non-refundable once work has begun. If we have not started work, deposits are refundable in full.

4. How to request a refund

Send a written request to berget.dev@gmail.com with your order reference and the reason for the request. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days.

5. Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback — most issues can be resolved quickly and amicably.
